Service. The GPT provides Vedic (Tamil-style) astrological work & business guidance based on user-supplied birth details.
No professional advice. Results are for guidance only and are not legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice. You are responsible for your decisions.
User responsibilities. Provide accurate birth details. Do not submit unlawful content or other people’s personal data without consent. Avoid sharing sensitive information not needed for astrology (e.g., medical records, passwords).
Third-party services. The GPT relies on ProKerala Astrology API and Open-Meteo Geocoding, and is delivered via OpenAI’s ChatGPT. Their separate terms and privacy policies apply to their processing.
Fees & refunds. The GPT itself may be free; any separate paid products or services (e.g., reports, subscriptions) will display pricing and any refund terms at purchase.
Intellectual property. The prompts, formatting, and system design are owned by Dr Hemapriya Ecommerce Academy. You may use the report output for personal/business planning. Do not resell our service or reverse-engineer the Actions.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dr Hemapriya Ecommerce Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the GPT. The service is provided “as is.”
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of India (Tamil Nadu). Venue for disputes will be the competent courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
