Welcome to the Business Strategy Session offered by Dr. Hemapriya E-Commerce Academy (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By booking this session, you (“Client”, “you”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the Terms & Conditions below.

Please read this Agreement carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Overview of the Service

The Business Strategy Session is a one-time, 90-minute personalised consultation designed to provide strategic direction, clarity, and next steps for your business—especially if you are an ADHD entrepreneur seeking support.

This session includes:

  • A 90-minute one-to-one strategy call

  • A personalised written strategy summary (Google Doc)

  • Seven (7) days of light post-session clarification support

This is not an ongoing coaching program.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Non-Refundable Payment

This session includes digital components (strategy document and messaging support).
For this reason, all payments are strictly non-refundable, under all circumstances.

2.2 Change of Mind

There is no refund for:

  • Change of mind

  • Deciding not to use the session

  • Feeling unprepared

  • Any personal reasons preventing attendance

2.3 Client Responsibility

By purchasing, you agree to pay the full fee of $125 USD.
You remain responsible for payment regardless of attendance or completion.

2.4 Missed Sessions

  • Missing the session

  • Not showing up

  • Arriving more than 30 minutes late

…will count as the session being completed.
No rescheduling or refunds will be provided.

3. Rescheduling Policy

3.1 Rescheduling by the Client

You may reschedule your session with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

Requests inside 24 hours cannot be rescheduled and will be counted as a completed session.

3.2 Rescheduling by Us

In rare situations (illness, emergency, technical interruption), we may reschedule the session.
You will be offered the next available slot.

4. What the Session Includes

You will receive:

  • One 90-minute strategy session

  • Clarity on one main challenge

  • An ADHD-friendly step-by-step plan

  • A written Google Doc summary (delivered within 48 hours)

  • Seven (7) days of light follow-up support

    • Up to 2 short messages per week

    • Maximum 3 minutes per message

    • Clarifications only

5. What the Session Does Not Include

You acknowledge that the following are not included:

  • Implementation or execution of your strategy

  • Done-for-you services

  • Setting up tools, funnels, or accounts

  • Reviewing content, marketing materials, or plans

  • New strategies beyond the topic discussed

  • Ongoing coaching or accountability

  • Unlimited messaging or personal support

  • Emotional support or crisis support

  • Additional business topics outside the session focus

  • Messaging support beyond 7 days

If additional help is needed, you must book another session.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Arrive on time

  • Come prepared with ONE main challenge to discuss

  • Take responsibility for implementation

  • Communicate respectfully

  • Stay within the messaging limits

  • Use the support only for clarifications

7. No Guarantee of Results

You understand and agree that:

  • Business outcomes depend on your own effort, implementation, and decisions

  • We do not guarantee income, growth, sales, or specific results

  • Results vary from person to person

  • You take full responsibility for your own progress

This session provides guidance, not guaranteed outcomes.

8. Intellectual Property

The written strategy, frameworks, and recommendations provided are for your personal use only.
You may not:

  • Copy

  • Share

  • Distribute

  • Reproduce

  • Resell

  • Pass off as your own

…any materials or content from the session.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all shared information confidential.
However, we may disclose information if:

  • Required by law

  • Necessary to prevent harm

  • Needed to comply with legal authorities

10. Conduct & Behaviour

We maintain a supportive and respectful environment.
If the Client engages in:

  • Abusive language

  • Harassment

  • Aggressive behaviour

  • Disrespectful communication

…all support may be terminated immediately with no refund.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for your business decisions or outcomes

  • We are not responsible for financial losses, missed opportunities, or consequences of your choices

  • Our advice is based on experience, not legal, medical, or financial certification

  • You assume full responsibility for implementing or not implementing any strategy provided

12. Breach of Agreement

Failure to comply with the payment terms or conduct expectations constitutes a breach of this Agreement.

In the event of a breach:

  • Access to support may be terminated

  • Outstanding fees remain payable

  • Unpaid accounts may be forwarded to a third-party debt collection agency

  • We may pursue legal action where necessary

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India.

In the event of any dispute, the matter will be handled exclusively in the courts of Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India.

14. Acceptance of These Terms

By purchasing the Business Strategy Session, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read these Terms & Conditions

  • You understand them

  • You agree to them in full

  • Your payment serves as your digital signature and acceptance

If you do not agree, please do not proceed with the purchase.
