Who we are. Business Astro Oracle is a Vedic (Tamil-style) astrology assistant operated by Dr Hemapriya Ecommerce Academy (“we,” “us,” “our”).

What we collect. When you use the GPT, you may provide: date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, name, and optional work/business context (e.g., role, industry, goal). The chat platform (OpenAI/ChatGPT) may also collect usage metadata.
How we use your information. We use your inputs only to generate your astrological work/business analysis and show the result to you inside ChatGPT.
Processors we call on your behalf.
- Astrology API — to compute charts and Vimshottari dasha using your birth details and the geocoded latitude/longitude/time zone.
- Open-Meteo Geocoding API — to convert your place of birth into latitude/longitude/time zone.
- OpenAI (ChatGPT) — hosts the conversation and routes the Action calls.
Storage & retention. We do not store your inputs outside of ChatGPT. Third-party services above may keep routine server logs (e.g., IP address, timestamp, request path) per their own policies. If you email us (e.g., for support), we’ll retain that message to respond and maintain records.
Security. ProKerala is accessed via OAuth 2.0 client-credentials (server-to-server). API traffic uses TLS. We minimize what we collect and avoid long-term storage.
Children. Not intended for users under 16.
Your choices & rights. You may delete your conversation within ChatGPT at any time. For questions or to request deletion of information you’ve shared directly with us (e.g., by email), contact hema@hemapriya.com.
International transfers. Our processors may operate globally; your information may be processed in other countries.
Changes. We may update this policy; we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above.
