OnlineJobs.ph Reviews :why I am Testing Myself
I've been hearing about OnlineJobs.ph reviews for months from other entrepreneurs who swear by their Filipino VAs.
Everyone says "just hire from the Philippines" but nobody talks about the actual process, the real costs, or what happens when things don't go as planned.
As an ADHD entrepreneur, I need systems that actually work for my brain—not just theoretical advice from people who've never hired a VA themselves.
Plus, I'm building my Pinterest strategy and need someone who can handle the consistent posting that my scattered brain just... can't.
So here we are. Me, a $69 subscription fee I wasn't expecting, and a lot of questions about whether this platform actually delivers.

What I am Trying to Achieve
The Problem I'm Solving
I need a Pinterest VA who can execute my "Delegate & Dominate Pinterest" strategy consistently.
The challenge?
Most VA platforms either have terrible quality, sky-high prices, or hidden fees that make budgeting impossible for ADHD entrepreneurs like me.
Current Key Insight
The $69/month fee is a major barrier—this completely changes the economics of hiring budget-friendly VAs.
My Goals for This Experiement
I have 4 standard goals for OnlineJobs.ph reviews test:
Find quality Pinterest help for under $500/month (including platform fees)
Test the platform's ADHD-friendly features (clear communication, simple processes)
Document the real process so other entrepreneurs know what they're getting into.
Create a replicable hiring system that works even when my brain is scattered.

July 28, 2025 - Day 4: The $69 Decision Point
What Actually Happened:
Got 15 applications for my Pinterest VA job! The good news: there's clearly interest and the skill level looks promising from what I can see in the previews.
The bad news: I'm now at the moment of truth - pay $69 to actually communicate with them or abandon the experiment.
The Dilemma: I can see application previews showing relevant experience, but can't read full applications, see contact details, or message anyone without upgrading. It's frustrating to have promising candidates but be locked out of the next step.
Current Status: Weighing whether to invest $69 for one month to properly evaluate these 15 candidates or try other platforms first.
July19, 2025 - Day 1: Platform Signup & Job Posting
What Actually Happened:
Signed up for OnlineJobs.ph and posted my first Pinterest VA job. Immediately discovered the platform has a $69/month paywall to get started.
Key Steps Completed:
1.Account Registration - Quick 3-minute signup with email verification
2.Job Posting - Created Pinterest VA listing
3.Pricing Discovery - Can post jobs free, but need $69/month to see applications
The Reality Check: Posted my job successfully, but the free plan blocks the most important feature - you can't hire or communicate with VAs at all.

Pricing Reality:
FREE: Can post jobs but can't hire or communicate with applicants
PRO ($69/month): Full hiring access, up to 200 applications per job
PREMIUM ($99/month): Same as Pro + AI matching + more monthly contacts
Their Official Reason: They say free communication leads to "scammy" behavior and turns into a "cess pool of scams." They charge upfront so they "don't have to mark up salaries."
What This Means: The "free" account is essentially a preview. You literally cannot hire anyone without paying $69 minimum. No exceptions, no trials.
